— New client intake and health screening included with first session.

— Prenatal clients require OB approval if high-risk; therapist will 

    review contraindications.

— Late cancellations (<24 hrs) and no-shows may be charged 

    up to 50% of scheduled service.

— Gift certificates available in any denomination.

— Accessibility accommodations available on request; mobile visits 

    possible for chair massage or select services.

— For medical condition management or referrals, Whispering Willows 

    coordinates with healthcare providers as needed.

— Inappropriate behavior, threats or bullying will not be tolerated.

— No Soliciting.
